I went from 160 to 120 in a month... Just fasted and jogged. I never had a problem, but I don't eat lunch or breakfast so..

Only did it because I wanted to join the Police Force, then I realized what my hours were and that I would be working in central Boston.. So that idea was out.

I ADORE that song. Usually I hate R & B but this was it borderline. It was so the song that got me in the mood for some dancin last night.
I always wondered, are the song that are sort on.. "in" over here in the Uk, in over in the US? I never heard any on the radio when I went to Florida.

Thank god you didn't - only stuff on the radio today is mostly annoying "gangsta" rap or 37 year old white boys who still think they're 16 o.o; Just make a CD :3

No Britney Spears.. no Nelly.. no Beyonce.. no Delta Goodrem

Course.. they did play Bon Jovi and Meatloaf a lot which RAWKED

Was something terribly exciting about driving along a real life American highway filming REAL LIFE chevy's.. listening to some good old rock *laughs insanely*
